Guillaume Douchet’s Farm

Guillaume Douchet settled here in 1998, on a farm that had already gone organic in 1992. Two hectares, one and a half of them cultivated, and 2,200 square metres of unheated polytunnels: everything grows at the pace of the seasons, without forcing.

Depending on the month you will find lettuces, carrots, courgettes, chard, fennel, kale and Brussels sprouts, radishes, turnips, onions, tomatoes, beans, herbs and edible flowers. To these are added the eggs of a hundred black Harco hens, raised outdoors.

Produce is sold directly at the farm, from Tuesday to Friday in the late afternoon. Guillaume can also be found on Tuesday mornings at the Wimereux market, in the Saint Jean bay area.
