Berck Beach
Beaches
The immensity. Twelve kilometres of fine sand, very wide at low tide, birthplace of land yachting and a great spot for kite-flying. The beach holds the Famille Plus label, with its promenade seawall and its pastel beach huts.
Swimming is supervised in summer within a marked zone; to the north, towards Merlimont, the sea is reserved for watersports. Plage Dobin, the best-equipped in the area, offers suitable access for people with reduced mobility. In the neighbouring Baie d’Authie, a colony of seals can be watched all year round.
